THE 'GOLD' RUSH!
Will the alt-country figurehead play one of those lengthy sets he is becoming renowned for?...
RYAN ADAMS has announced a one-off show in LONDON for November.
The alt-country figurehead will play the Astoria on November 20, the day after his new single 'New York, New York' is released. The show will include both a solo set from Adams, and a band set featuring him with The Sweetheart Revolution.
As previously revealed on NME.COM, the video for the track is a homage to New York and is dedicated to those who died in the terrorist strikes in the city. The video was shot on September 7 by Brooklyn Bridge and features the World Trade Center in almost every frame. In an eerily prescient closing shot, Adams turns and looks across the Hudson River casting a proud glance at the Twin Towers.
