'TAKE ME OUT' TONIGHT!
The flamboyant popsters add 'Take Me Out' to their set...
Scissor Sisters aired their cover of Franz Ferdinand hit ‘TAKE ME OUT’ in LONDON at the weekend.
After kicking off their mammoth UK tour in Bournemouth on Friday, the band rolled into London Royal Albert Hall on Sunday (October 17) where they gave a long-awaited airing to their lounge version of the song, a Top Five hit earlier this year.
The cover originates from a session on Jo Whiley’s Live Lounge on BBC Radio 1, where bands cover songs by other well-known artists.
Today, a href="http://www.nme.com/artists/99975.htm">The Zutons[/url] covered the Scissor Sisters’ own ‘Take Your Mama Out’ for the same show.
The tour continues at the Reading Rivermead Centre tonight (October 19).
