Scissor Sisters play Halloween show for Oxfam
Band suggest some spooky party tips
Scissor Sisters have announced that their Halloween show will be part of Oxjam, the month long Oxfam musical extravaganza.
The band will play London’s Brixton Academy on October 31.
In conjunction with Oxfam, Scissor Sisters have also issued a special cut-out-and-keep Halloween party pack with ideas on how to celebrate the gig in unique Scissor Sisters style.
This Authoritydesign.com/scissorsisters includes specially customized invites to the gig, a Scissor Sisters version of Twister, a mask, recipes for ‘creepy cocktails’ and an Oxfam donation form.
Explaining the pack in a posting on Scissorsisters.com the band tell fans: “Exactly how you raise money for the cause at your party is up to you - you could charge for entry, sell special cocktails (see our special recipies) or simply take lots of pictures and blackmail your guests at a later date.”
