SEAFOOD SINGER HOSPITALISED

Seafood frontman DAVID LINE has been admitted to hospital following complications with his lung.


The band have been forced to cancel the first six dates on their UK tour, after Line was admitted for an operation today (February 25).


In a posting on their website, the band said: "We are very saddened to announce that Dave has been suddenly admitted to hospital due to complications with his lung. He has to have an operation on Thursday (February 26) to fix the problem.


"This means we have had to postpone the first part of the tour. The following dates are to be re-arranged and tickets already purchased will be valid:

High Wycombe White Horse (February 27)
Tunbridge Wells Forum (28)
Derby Victoria Inn (March 4)
Northampton Soundhaus (5)
Oxford Zodiac (6)
Southend Chinnery’s (7)


"We are so sorry and utterly gutted. Dave just can not believe this has happened. At the moment the rest of the tour still stands. Dave is due out of hospital on Sunday, we will keep you posted on his recovery and the remaining dates."


The band have a free download single'Summer Falls' available here during March only. The bands new album 'As The Cry Flows' will be available on May 3.
