Albini and co will take over a tiny venue in December
Shellac have announced a six show residency in tiny Chicago venue The Hideout.
The trio of Steve Albini, Todd Trainer and Bob Weston will play the shows over four days, including two afternoon sets, one each on December 15 and 17, reports Pitchfork.
The band recently released 'Excellent Italian Greyhound', their first album for seven years, which was recorded at Albini’s Electrical Audio studio in Chicago.
Their residency takes place between December 13-16.
