The singer’s new son is two weeks old

Sheryl Crow has adopted a baby boy, she has announced.

Posting on Sherylcrow.com, the singer said the child was two weeks old and had been called Wyatt Steven.

Wyatt is Crow’s father’s name while Steven is her younger brother’s name.

Crow said: “We are enjoying some very private family time. Just wanted you to be the first to know.”

Her publicist said that Crow would not be releasing any more details of the adoption, reports BBC News.
