SIGUR ROS GET TO WORK ON NEW ALBUM

And apparently it's set to be more accessible than the one with no titles...

Sigur Ros have gone into the studio to start work on their fourth album, but 'don't even know much yet themselves' what the record will eventually sound like.

According to the band's official website www.sigur-ros.co.uk, the new tracks 'Gong', 'Milanó' and 'Salka' which they have been playing at recent concerts, are likely to make it to the final cut.

Site editor Bjorn Erlingur Flóki Bjornsson told Pitchforkmedia that the album "already looks to be considerably more accessible than '()' - this Jonsi (Jón fior Birgisson - singer) said to me himself the other day."

Live clips of the new tracks are available on www.sigur-ros.co.uk/media/index.html
