Sigur Ros keyboardist to score Colin Farrell film
'Ondine' will feature a few tracks from the band, too
Sigur Ros keyboardist Kjartan Sveinsson is set to score a new film by Irish film director Neil Jordan.
According to a message on sigur-ros.co.uk, in addition to the score, Sigur Ros will contribute a number of tracks to the movie, which stars Colin Farrell.
The film ‘Ondine’ tells the tale of an Irish fisherman who discovers a woman in his fishing net who he believes to be a mermaid, says IMDB.
Late last year, Sigur Ros released a deluxe version of their fifth album, which translates as 'With a Buzz in Our Ears We Play Endlessly'.
