US indie legends Silver Jews are to play their first ever UK shows in April.
The band, who have only ever played a handful of gigs in their native US, are to perform one date in London and two in Scotland.
The London show is at the Scala on April 25.

The Scottish gigs are at Edinburgh Bongo Club on April 27 and Glasgow Tramway the next night. The gigs are part of the annual Triptych festival, and ticket information is available at triptychfestival.com.
Mogwai have already confirmed an appearance at the festival, at Edinburgh Queens Hall on April 27.
