Simian Mobile Disco gear up for US tour
Outing will support the release of ‘Temporary Pleasure’
Simian Mobile Disco have announced a US tour in support of their second album, due out next month.
The record, entitled ‘Temporary Pleasure’, will be released on September 15 and is the follow-up to their 2007 debut 'Attack Decay Sustain Release'.
The record features guest vocals from Gossip’s Beth Ditto, Hot Chip’s Alexis Taylor, Super Furry Animals’ Gruff Rhys, Yeasayer’s Chris Keating, Jamie Lidell and more.
A special deluxe package of ’Temporary Pleasure’ will be available at American Apparel retail locations, and includes an exclusive T-shirt designed by British artist Kate Moross along with the bonus tracks ‘Belvedere’ and ‘Flea In Your Ear’ (Flange Bliss Mix).
