Simian Mobile Disco, The Fall and These New Puritans are among the second wave of acts to be added to the bill for this year's Field Day festival in London.

Other new acts on the July 31 bash include Chapel Club, No Age, Yuck and Lightspeed Champion. The bands join the likes of Phoenix, Chilly Gonzales and Silver Apples, all of whom had previously been announced.

Field Day 2010 takes place at London's Victoria Park.
