Beatfreakz in Superman dispute

Beatfreakz have been ordered to withdraw their current single after a dispute over the cover.

The band, who are currently at Number Seven in the UK singles chart with 'Superfreak' have been told to withdraw the release because the CD cover features copies of the 'S' logo from Superman's suit.

The Dutch outfit have also been ordered to remove the logo from their website, reports BBC News.

The single was the highest new entry in the Top 40 this weekend.

Their previous hits include 'Somebody's Watching Me'.

The band also recently revealed to Radio 1 that they are working on a cover version of the Ghostbusters theme tune for their next release.
