Skrillex is set to headline this summer's Sonar festival in Barcelona, Spain.
The DJ and producer, real name Sonny Moore, will appear at the electronica event on June 14, following Kraftwerk's 3D show. The 20th International Festival of Advanced Music and New Media Art will take place from June 14-16.
The festival will also see appearances from Pet Shop Boys, Two Door Cinema Club, Liars, Gold Panda and Nicolas Jaar. For more information on the line-up and ticketing, visit Sonar.es
Earlier this year, Skrillex claimed that he has "too many songs to even know what to do with".
In an interview with Billboard, the producer said that he had an excess of new material and was "more excited than ever to make music again".
He added: "I just always make music anyway... But I want to make a record. I just haven't had enough time to really sit down and idle myself and clear my mind and go, 'OK, what's the next thing I want to say? How's it different from what I said before?' and think of all these things."
Skrillex said: "I have so much inside me, so many ideas, I'm more excited than ever to make music again, 'cause I haven't done that for, like, two years."
