New music showcase will also feature the likes of Yuck, Factory Floor and Male Bonding

Sky Larkin, Is Tropical and O Children are among the latest additions to the line-up for this year's In The City festival.

The annual event, which was set up by the late Tony Wilson, will take place across various venues in Manchester on October 13-15.

They join the likes of Yuck, Crystal Fighters, Factory Floor, Male Bonding and No Age at the bash, which is designed to showcase the best unsigned bands. It also features numerous music industry-related conferences.

Other acts who have been added to the bill include Oh No Ono, Team Ghost , Fiction, Brown Brogues, Ellen And The Escapades and Slow Motion Shoes.
