PLANET ROCK!

The planet is as yet unconfirmed - but we presume Earth. Oh, and look out for Suzy The Sword-Swallower...

PANTERA and SLAYER are to co-headline the first ever UK leg of the TATTOO THE PLANET touring metal-fest at BIRMINGHAM, LONDON and GLASGOW, NME.COM can announce.

According to event promoters, the three dates in September will be the only UK appearances this year from the bands, who will also be joined by Cradle Of Filth, with more acts to be announced shortly. Other entertainment will include tattooists and body piercing stalls, and entertainment from "speciality performance acts" such as Suzy The Sword-Swallower.

The shows take place at:
Birmingham NIA (September 14)
London Wembley Arena (15)
Glasgow SECC (16)

Tickets are priced £25 plus booking fee.
