TATTOO THE PLANET RESCHEDULED

But it's still not clear whether Slayer and Static X will be flying over from the US for the event...

This TATTOO THE PLANET metal festival, postponed from this weekend in the light of the terrorist atrocities in the US, has announced a new series of dates.

The rolling revue, due to have taken in Dublin Point Depot (September 13), Birmingham NIA (14), London Wembley Arena (15) and Glasgow SECC (16), will now move to Dublin Point Depot (October 9) Glasgow SECC (October 10) Birmingham NIA (October 13) London Wembley Arena (October 14)

Dates in Europe, set to kick off in Leuven Brabanthal on September 18, remain unaffected at present.

However, as reported yesterday, co-headliners Pantera have pulled out of all shows and a replacement has yet to be found. It is also unknown if other acts set to appear such as Slayer and Static X, who are still in the US, will feel comfortable flying to Europe for the event.
