Snoop Dogg has been charged with attempting to carry an offensive weapon onto a plane after giving himself up to police in the US.
As previously reported on NME.COM, the rap star was caught with a collapsible baton in his luggage as he boarded a flight in California earlier this year (September 27).
Snoop, 35, who could face up to three years in jail, is due to appear in court on 12 December. He was released on bail of $150,000 (£78,800) after being charged.
Last month Snoop was charged with separate counts of possessing guns and drugs after being searched and arrested at another Californian airport.
And, earlier this year, the star was also cautioned by police in London following a brawl involving him and his entourage at Heathrow Airport.
