Snoop Dogg faces visa ruling

Snoop Dogg could be set to be blocked from entering the UK.

The British government is challenging a decision to allow the rapper into the country after he successfully won an appeal to overturn an order banning him.

The 36-year-old was cautioned in 2006 on suspicion of affray after he was arrested at London's Heathrow Airport and later banned from entering the UK.

However the rapper successfully appealed against the ban back in January and was given clearance to enter the country by an asylum immigration tribunal.

Now the UK Border Agency is set to challenge the ruling at a hearing on Monday (April 7), reports BBC News.

The rapper had been due to embark on a UK tour with P Diddy when his visa was cancelled.
