Lawyer disputes claims that Dogg's tags had expired
Two members of Snoop Dogg's entourage were arrested yesterday (July 31) after Texas state troopers pulled over the rap star's tour bus, allegedly for having expired tags.
Authorities said that they smelled marijuana during the routine traffic stop, and proceeded to search the vehicle.
The search reportedly turned up two ounces of pot and the two men in the tour bus admitted it belonged to them. They were taken to the nearby Navarro County Jail and booked on charges of misdemeanour possession, reports E! Online.
Snoop Dogg was not arrested, and was able to continue on his way to perform at his show in Dallas.
Meanwhile, the lawyer representing the two men claims that Snoop Dogg's tour bus did not have expired tags when it was pulled over.
