Snow Patrol reveal new single details
The band lift another track from their huge-selling album
‘Open Your Eyes’, out February 12, is the fourth track to be lifted from their 2006 album ‘Eyes Open’.
A previous single from the LP, ‘Chasing Cars’, leapt back to the UK Top Ten at Nine on Sunday (January 7) after the chart rules were altered to allow downloads to count on the regular top 40, even after the physical single has been deleted.
Following a month-long rest in January, Snow Patrol will play shows in Europe, Australia, and New Zealand before returning to North America, where ‘Eyes Open’ has sold over a million copies to date.
As previously reported on NME.COM, ‘Eyes Open’ was the UK’s biggest selling album of 2006.
