The [b]'Primitive'[/b] rockers play a trio of [b]London[/b] shows...

Soulfly have announced a trio of UK dates for December, and release a new single, 'BACK TO THE PRIMITIVE', through ROADRUNNER on December 4.

The band, who released their album 'Primitive' last month, will appear at: Nottingham Rock City (December 5) Glasgow Garage (6) London Astoria (7)

New Yorkers Glassjaw have been confirmed as support, can reveal. A spokesperson said that it was hoped there may be other special guest appearances from artists who collaborated on Soulfly's album - who include Sean Lennon, Slipknot's Cory Taylor and Chino Moreno of Deftones - but no names had yet been confirmed.

'Back To The Primitive' will be backed with a 'Total Destruction Mix' of album track 'Terrorist', which features a guest appearance from Tom Araya of Slayer, and a ?Dubshitup Mix? of the title track by The Roots Man. It will also include a video featuring live footage recorded during this year's Ozzfest and clips of news footage.
