Spank Rock announces long-awaited second album

'Everything Is Boring And Everyone Is A Fucking Liar' is out in September

Spank Rock has revealed details of his second album, due in September.

The Kool Disco MC, aka Naeem Juwan, releases 'Everything Is Boring And Everyone Is A Fucking Liar' on September 26 through Bad Blood. It is preceded by a single, 'Energy', released on July 18. You can listen to an exclusive stream of the track at

For the follow-up to his 2006 debut 'YoYoYoYoYo', Spank Rock has worked with heavyweight electro producer Boys Noize, with assistance on certain tracks from Sam Spiegel and XXXChange, on an album that expands his signature sound to pop and rock as well as electro. Meanwhile, Santigold pops up on the track 'Car Song', hot on the heels of her guest vocal on Beastie Boys album track 'Don't Play No Game That I Can't Win'.

Meanwhile, the rapper has confirmed a London show for July 13, at The Nest.
