Spoon announce new album release date
'Transference' will now be released on January 18 2010

Spoon have brought forward the release date of their new album 'Transference'.
Originally due out on January 25, the album will now be released a week earlier on January 18.
The Texan band are also set to release the first single from the album. 'Written In Reverse' will be released digitally on December 1, with a seven-inch single following on January 5.
Meanwhile, the group will hit the UK in February to play three dates, kicking things off in Glasgow, before shows in Manchester and London.
