ST ETIENNE TO MAKE A SPLASH ON TOUR

St. Etienne venture out on a university tour this summer to help promote their new album 'THE SOUND OF WATER', which is released on May 22 through Mantra.

The tour calls at Manchester University (May 26), Bristol University (27), Leicester De Montford University (31), Leeds Metropolitan University (June 1) and London Forum (2). Tickets for all dates are #11, except London which is #13.50.

Prior to the album, Saint Etienne also release a new single, 'How We Used To Live' on March 27 through Mantra.

Etienne keyboardist Bob Stanley recently described their new material as "probably closest to 'Tiger Bay' or 'So Tough' in spirit. It's not really a singles album."
