STARSAILOR 'BLOOD' NEW TRACK

STARSTAILOR are preparing a limited release new single over the festival period.

The band, who will appear at this year's Glastonbury Festival on June 26, have been working on new material in the time out from promoting their second album, 'Silence Is Easy'.

Speaking to XFM, bassist James Stelfox said that one of those new songs is likely to be their next release. He said: "The title's not confirmed yet, but it'll probably be called 'In My Blood'. It's quite heavy and definitely the heaviest thing we’ve ever done - it's quite a departure from our usual stuff."

He added: "We’re still sorting out a release date, The record company want to rush in, but we want to give it to radio for a few weeks beforehand or maybe just do release as a download."
