Status Quo to star in Thai comedy
Brit rock vets now making movies
Status Quo are set to star in a movie comedy set in Thailand.
The flick, ‘Care Factor Zero’ sees Francis Rossi and Rick Parfitt being chased on the Orient Express by bikers and crime gangs and according the reports, the movie will end with a ‘triumphant concert in Bangkok’.
The band’s own production company Status Quo Films is making the caper which will reportedly begin shooting in Thailand early next year, according to Variety.
This is not the Quo’s first foray into acting. They previously appeared in Coronation Street, in scenes that included a punch-up with hapless Les Battersby.
