Brooklyn rockers to release 'Civilized' on their own imprint

Stellastarr* have revealed details of their first new album in four years exclusively to NME.COM.

The follow-up to 2005's 'Harmonies For the Haunted' is due out in the US on July 7 and features 10 tracks including 'Tokyo Sky', 'Numbers' and 'Prom Zombie'.

The band recorded the album at Mission Sound studio in Brooklyn with Tim O’Heir, who produced their 2003 eponymous debut.

The Brooklyn quartet will release their album on their new imprint Bloated Wife Records, named after the first song they ever wrote.

The album tracklisting is:

why is this article worded as if people are supposed to know who this band is?the only reason i know of them is because i was unfourtunate enough to have to put up with them live when they supported the red hot chili peppers in 2004.my god they were boring but the bass player is hot so it's not all bad!

Why are people supposed to know who any band is? Never heard Somewhere Across Forever then?Looking forward to it.
