Second festival moves away from [b]Bowlie[/b] tweeness to more avant-electro direction...

ALL TOMORROW'S PARTY PEOPLE

Stereolab, Tindersticks and Shack are among the first headline acts confirmed for the second festival at Camber Sands holiday camp, site of the Bowlie Weekender in April.

Taking place over the weekend of September 17, 18 and 19, the full roster of bands has still to be finalised through nme.com should be able to announce those soon.

So far the line-up is
