Stereophonics cancel Oasis dates

Stereophonics have been forced to cancel their upcoming European support slots with Oasis.

The band were due to kick off the dates at Oslo’s Spektrum on January 25, but can longer play due to a family illness.

A statement from the band said: “We would like to apologize to all our fans and thank you for your understanding. We were really looking forward to the tour, Oasis are a great band and we hope to be able to share the stage with them again sometime down the road.”

Stereophonics will not be performing on the following dates:

Oslo Spektrum (January 25)
Stockholm Hovet (26)
Tilburg 013 Club (28)
Lille Zenith (29)
Grenoble Summum (30)
Vienna Gasometer (February 1)
Winterhauter Eulachhalle (2)
Toulouse Zenith (4)
Florence Mandela Forum (6)
Rome Palalottomatica (7)
