Paul Weller and The Inbetweeners actor James Buckley will both guest on Ocean Colour Scene guitarist Steve Cradock's new solo album 'Peace City West'.

Buckley, who plays Jay in the comedy series, sang backing vocals and played guitar on the songs 'Kites Rise Up Against The Wind' and 'I Life'.

The record is out on April 4.

Speaking to NME about the project, Buckley said he was "well excited" to be working with Cradock. "This is just a little fantasy of mine really," he added - also joking that he'd be to nervous to ever play live with him.

Paul Weller appears on opening track 'Last Days Of The Old World'. Cradock has played in Weller's solo band since 1993.

The tracklisting for 'Peace City West' is:

'Last Days Of The Old World'
'Pleasure Seekers'
'Finally Found My Way Back Home'
'Interlude A'
'Kites Rise Up Against The Wind'
'My Scooter Sits Idle'
'Only Look Up When You’re Down'
'Interlude B'
'Steppin’ Aside'
'Little Girl'
'Lay Down Your Weary Burden'
'Interlude C'
'I Man'
'Ring The Changes'

Cradock is also set to head out on tour this April with Beady Eye.
