‘Danielson: A Family Movie’ hits big and small screens
A documentary film featuring Sufjan Stevens and New Jersey indie rock family The Danielson Family - is be released on DVD in the US later this year.
‘Danielson: A Family Movie’, out on April 10, will also be shown on big screens in select cities throughout the US.
The 105-minute film, directed by JL Aronson, chronicles the tribulations of Danielson family and the rapidly ascending career of their friend .
According to the film’s website: “Danielson: a Family Movie is a documentary about unbridled creativity vs accessibility, Christian faith vs popular culture, underground music vs survival, and family vs individuality.”

Los Angeles Laemmle Grande 4-plex (19-25)
Washington DC Ebenezers (21)
San Francisco Red Vic Movie House (25-27)
Boston Coolidge Corner Theatre (February 2,3)
