Sugababes see off Britney in singles chart

Sugababes have held onto the Number One spot in the singles chart for another week with 'About You Now'.

The girl group saw off the hyped return of Britney Spears, whose new track, 'Gimme More', entered the chart at three.

Their chart double is over, however, with Stereophonics knocking them off the top of the album chart with new album 'Pull The Pin'.

Meanwhile, The Killers' collaboration with Lou Reed, 'Tranquilize', is in at Number 13.

This week's top ten UK singles are:

1. Sugababes - 'About You Now'
2. Mark Ronson ft. Amy Winehouse - 'Valerie'
3. Britney Spears - 'Gimme More'
4. The Hoosiers - 'Goodbye Mr A'
5. Ida Core Vs Feddie Le Grand - 'Let Me Think About It'
6. Timbaland ft. One Republic - 'Apologize'
7. Mika - 'Happy Ending'
8. Freemasons ft. Bailey Tzuke - 'Uninvited'
9. 50 Cent / Timberlake / Timbaland - 'Ayo Technology'
10. Shayne Ward - 'No U Hang Up'
