WELSH STARS MAKE '...MISTAKE' TOGETHER
'BEAUTIFUL MISTAKE', the film featuring JOHN CALE, SUPER FURRY ANIMALS, CATATONIA, JAMES DEAN BRADFIELD and GORKY'S ZYGOTIC MYNCI, is to get its premiere at the INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL OF WALES on November 29.

The 75-minute documentary, directed by Marc Evans, is the product of nine days of musical collaborations between ex-Velvet Underground musician Cale and the other Welsh musicians.

The film is intended to be a celebration of the Welsh music scene, and features never seen before footage and music from the artists involved. The first showing of the film will take place at 7pm at the UCI in Cardiff on November 29, it will be repeated at 8pm on December 4 at the Channel 1 cinema.

In addition, a TV programme on the filming of 'Beautiful Mistake' was also commissioned. It remains unclear when this will get its premiere.
