Supergrass announce tour under alias

Supergrass, under the alias Diamond Hoo Ha Men, have announced details of tour.

They will kick off the tour on Monday (December 10) at an unnamed location in Brighton.

According to myspace.com/diamondhoohamen are "Duke Diamond and drummer Randy Hoo Ha - namely singer Gaz Coombes and drummer Danny Goffey.

The pair are playing as a duo while bassist Mickey Quinn recovers from breaking his back.

Introducing the new band, a statement explained: "(They) started out playing Rammstein covers as part of a local residency. During this time they discovered they had an almost Jagger/Richards-esque knack for song writing. They soon left Berlin for the bright lights of London where they now live...together.

"Duke & Randy are infamously inseparable and although not officially partners, they share the same bed (Duke always on the right, Randy on the left), eat, drink and bath together. It's true they have a volatile relationship, but there's no doubting this 'Odd Couple' make very special music."

Venues are expected to be announced on Monday (December 10).

They will play in the following cities:

Brighton Digital (December 10)
Leeds Cockpit(12)
Nottingham Bodega (13)
Manchester Night And Day Cafe(14)
London Old Blue Last (15)
London Astoria (late show) (15)
London Madam Jo Jo's (17)
