Swedish House Mafia gig missing girl found 'safe and sound'

The teenager who had been reported as missing following Swedish House Mafia's show in Dublin's Phoenix Park on Saturday night (July 7) has been found.

19 year old gig-goer Aoife Finan – pictured below – had not been seen since she became separated from her friends as they went to catch the bus home at 11pm following the gig, reported News Talk. A police search was underway for the teenager, who is from Cobh, after her belongings were found in Phoenix Park by an emergency services worker on Sunday.

Writing on Facebook, her father Eric said: "Hi everyone we just got some FANTASTIC news Aoife has been found safe and sound. Yee have all been an amazing support and we won't forget it."

Swedish House Mafia's Dublin show was marred by a host of serious incidents , with nine people suffering injuries after being stabbed during the gig. One man is understood to have stabbed up to four people, with the other five being injured during a fracas involving broken bottles and knives. Three of the victims were seriously injured, with one left in a critical condition.

According to BBC News, a 23-year old man has been arrested and charged with four stabbings, while police are investigating the other incidents. As well as this, a 20-year old man also died at the show after a suspected drug overdose.

Approximately 30 people were also arrested and bailed after being charged with assault, drugs and public order offences during the gig, which also featured Tinie Tempah and Calvin Harris on its line-up.
