Kings Of Leon thrill audience at SXSW
Austin gets a taste of their new album
Kings Of Leon performed an exclusive show at the Spin Magazine party at South By SouthWest this afternoon (March 16).
The band performed a short set for the keen crowd, including tracks such as ’McFearless’ , ‘Charmer’ and ‘On Call’ from their as-yet unreleased third album ‘Because of the Times’.
While the audience clearly enjoyed previews of the new material, they saved their biggest cheers for older tracks including ‘Molly’s Chambers’ and ‘The Bucket’.
"We thought this was going to be a shitty crowd, but you’re great, thanks," singer Caleb Followill told the audience.
Kings Of Leon play their official SXSW showcase tomorrow night (March 17).
