The Cribs, Vampire Weekend, Adele for SXSW 2008
Over 1,500 acts confirmed for Austin next month
The Cribs, Does It Offend You, Yeah?, Vampire Weekend, Adele and British Sea Power are all confirmed to play South By Southwest in Austin, TX next month.
They will be joined by Har Mar Superstar, Richard Hawley, Holy Fuck, Tokyo Police Club and White Rabbits at the even which runs from March 12-16.
A Place To Bury Strangers, Joe Lean and the Jing Jang Jong, The Kills and Lightspeed Champion are on the schedule, as are The Little Ones, Los Campesinos!, MGMT and Gruff Rhys' side-project Neon Neon.
Established acts including REM, Dolly Parton and My Morning Jacket will also play shows, as will pre-teen bands Care Bears On Fire and Tiny Masters Of Today.
Simian Mobile Disco, Ra Ra Riot, The Ting Tings and N.E.R.D will also perform.
