Dolly Parton cancels SXSW appearance
The country music star won't be playing a show in Austin
Dolly Parton will not be performing her previously-scheduled appearance at this year’s SXSW festival in Austin, Texas, which had been set to take place on Friday (March 14) at the Austin Music Hall.
As previously reported on NME.COM, the star had rescheduled her forthcoming world tour because of back problems relating to the size of her breasts.
SXSW officials said that although they had held out hope that Parton would still be able to perform this one-off show, these same health problems meant the star was unable to play the gig.
