Ra Ra Riot perform album teaser at SXSW
Six-piece preview forthcoming release during short set
Ra Ra Riot treated the crowd to a short teaser of their forthcoming album at the SESAC Day Stage in Austin this evening (March 12), which even saw frontman Wes Miles break out his saxophone.
The Syracuse six-piece who will play a total of six shows before Saturday (March 15), played rare tracks ‘Oh, La’ and ‘St. Peter’s Day Festival’ at the café, situated in the Austin Convention Center.
The band are currently preparing for the release of their debut album recorded with Ryan Hadlock (The Gossip/ Stephen Malkmus), and recently announced a North American tour which will continue after SXSW in Athens, GA.
