As the SXSW festival moved into its third day yesterday (March 14), the ligs and celebrity spots were still, of course, rolling in.

Nathan Followill of Kings Of Leon, Jason Sollsteimer of The Von Bondies and The Wombats watched MGMT at Stubb’s

Lightspeed Champion, Joe Lean and Bummer from Joe Lean and the Jing Jang Jong and The Pigeon Detectives popped in and out of the NME bash at Wave yesterday (March 14), coming out in force to watch The Rascals.

Earlier in the day The Pigeon Detectives and The Wombats had relaxed on the roof terrace at the Ceder Street Courtyard where bands were playing in the scorching sun. Matthew Murphy of the latter band was wearing an enormous pair of red sunglasses.

The Cribs chomped on Mexican food on 6th Street. Later on Kate Nash watched both their live shows, at La Zona Rosa and Stubb’s.

The Duke Spirit chowed down on a plethora of barbeque food upstairs at Stubb’s, surrounded by hungry friends.
