Low Vs Diamond battle power cut at SXSW

But the Los Angelenos pull through for one more

Low Vs Diamond battle power cut at SXSW

Low Vs Diamond took the NME party at Wave into the night tonight (March 15) in Austin, filling the rooftop venue with their big sound.

The crowd piled into the intimate space to see the hotly-tipped Los Angelenos, who had played just six songs when a power cut forced the band into silence.

Speaking to NME.COM after the show, singer Lucas Field said “People started clapping because they thought the set was over, and we just waited. Then the power came back on so we started again and played one more song.”

Low Vs Diamond played:

‘Don't Forget Sister’
‘Cinema Tonight’
‘Actions Are Actions’
‘Killer B’
‘I'll Be’
‘Heart Attack’
