Arcade Fire battle the wind at T In The Park

Arcade Fire braved the windy conditions to delight their devoted Scottish fans at tonight's (July 7) T In The Park festival.

The band's set was delayed, and they then had to endure sound problems as swirling wind swept around the site.

Singer Win Butler said, however, that he was "glad to be in the only place in Europe that's sunny".

He also told the crowd that "we couldn't be happier to here" and thanked them repeatedly.

The truncated set mixed tracks from their two albums 'Funeral' and 'Neon Bible', kicking off with 2005 single 'Rebellion (Lies)' and ending with a mass singalong to 'Wake Up', the same song which was recently crowned NME's Glastonbury 2007 anthem of the weekend.

The full set was:

''Rebellion (Lies)'
'Keep The Car Running'
'No Cars Go'
'Haiti'
'Black Mirror'
'Intervention'
'The Well & The Lighthouse'
'Neighborhood # 1 (Tunnels)'
'Neighborhood # 3 (Power Out)'
'Wake Up'
