T In The Park ticket rush causes road chaos
Edinburgh police forced to close road lane
Police in Edinburgh closed a road lane this morning (February 26) due to the "huge" amount of people queuing outside the Ripping Records shop on South Bridge for tickets to T In The Park.
Fans had camped overnight to get the tickets, which went on sale today, forcing Lothian and Borders police to close the adjacent road.
Queues were also seen in Glasgow city centre and outside the SECC venue, reports BBC News.
T In The Park takes place on July 10-12 near Kinross, with The Killers, Kings Of Leon, Blur and Snow Patrol set to play.
Rather than queue up in the street you can get tickets from NME.COM.
