Babyshambles man looks out for singer

Pete Doherty has come out as a supporter of Amy Winehouse in her hour of need.

The Babyshambles man is speaking to Wino everyday to comfort her, apparently.

Doherty told the The Sun that the pair are helping each other nurse their battles.

“I speak to Amy almost every day. She just wants her man back from Christmas. They are desperately in love," he said.“One good thing is that Blake (Fielder-Civil) has got clean since he had been in prison.”

Bless him.

This rings a bell... however, Winehouse must be off drugs because we all know the photo in the tabloids yesterday was just her with "sugar substitute" up her nose...
