Kasabian buy into The Rolling Stones – Tabloid Hell
Band member spends thousands on a piece of Keith Richards history
Kasabian guitarist Serge Pizzorno has spent £6,500 on a photograph of The Rolling Stones’ guitarist Keith Richards.
According to The Sun’s Bizarre column, the photograph is over six feet tall and was taken by photographer Gered Mankowitz.
The newspaper quotes a source as saying: “Serge hasn’t indulged since he had a Number One with the lads when they first released (second album) 'Empire'.
“He thought it was time to let go of the purse strings and tracked it [the photo] down online.”
