Apparently the singer wants to remain in hiding with a friend

Girls Aloud’s Cheryl Cole has turned down a plea from her husband, Ashley Cole, for reconciliation.

Last month it was revealed that the Chelsea and England footballer had cheated on her.

According to The Sun, Cole has told her husband to stop phoning her up while she stays out of the spotlight, living with a friend.

The newspaper claims that the singer refused to watch England’s football match against Switzerland on Wednesday evening (February 6) because she "can't stand the sight" of her husband.

can we expect a 'blue period' now from Cheryl where she sings tormented tales of heartbreak? no art without suffering and all that
