Urban artist may paint on the singer's property for £2million

Famously anonymous urban graffiti artist Banksy has been in discussions to make an original piece of art on one of the walls of George Michael's north London home.

According to the Daily Mirror, the singer is willing to pay the artist £2 million for the new artwork.

Banksy has reportedly insisted that Michael leaves the property while he is working, to preserve his anonymity.

George Michael has already spent £400,000 on two large canvas paintings by the artist.

Banksy now has about as much artistic credibility as George Michael. No doubt, however, Banksy will still believe his dubious 'rejection' of celebrity redeems this shameless capitulation to the system he originally railed against. If only the K Foundation were around to put him in his place...

One can reject celebrity ,it's all in their own way of maintaining themselves for who they are and not what people want to project on to them as celebrities.Banksy still can have fun ,do what he wants to do,not have to go on diets exercise regimes etc. etc.He can have fun still, as he is apparently going into this years Gumball 3000 with his Australian Outsider artist friend and recluse co-driver James DeWeaver. DeWeaver noted for his reconceptualizing Jeff Koons "Balloon Dog",which though in pastels ,contemporize this banal Dog into the realms of sex and violence.DeWeaver and Banksy posed for the then unknown Spencer Tunick in 2001,while there visiting DeWeaver!Big Pictures Paparrazzi are offering apparently 6 figures for a pic of them in the race aswell! Good Luck to the anonymous duo! Hope they win! would there be pics of the moment?
