Cohorts have been selling off the jailed rocker's gear

Pete Doherty's friends have supposedly been selling off his possessions while the Babyshambles man is serving a 14-week sentence in Wormwood Scrubs prison.

According toThe Sun, cohorts of Doherty have been going around north London touting the singer/guitarist's trinkets around and begging people not to dob them in.

The newspaper quotes an anonymous source as saying: "Pete's mates, people he really trusts, have been flogging his stuff to get some cash, including some of the paintings he did using his blood.

"The chap selling those, one of his closest friends, was begging for no-one to tell him. The next day he was back with something else."
