Pop legends Take That made their UK live comeback last night (April 23) – with a little help from old bandmate Robbie Williams!

The four-piece kicked off their first jaunt since 1995 at Newcastle Metroradio Arena before a sell-out 9,000 crowd – but although Robbie couldn’t be with them in person, he joined them via a 10ft hologram for a version of ‘Could It Be Magic’.

It was also revealed that Williams, who is just embarking on his own world solo tour, re-recorded his vocals on the track especially for the occasion.

Take That’s set contained all of their hits, including ‘Back For Good’, ‘Pray’ and ‘Sure’, which sampled a segment of Gorillaz‘Dirty Harry’.

Support act Beverly Knight took Lulu’s place on ‘Relight My Fire’, as she will for all the arena dates, though Lulu, who sang on the 1993 Number One, will take her rightful place at the stadium shows this summer.

The set was:

‘Once You’ve Tasted Love’
‘Pray’
‘Today I’ve Lost You’
‘Why Can’t I Wake Up With You’
‘It Only Takes A Minute’
‘Girl’
‘Babe’
‘Everything Changes’
‘A Million Love Songs’
‘Beatles Medley’
‘How Deep Is Your Love’
‘Love Ain’t Here Anymore’
‘Sure’
‘Relight My Fire’
‘Back For Good’
‘Could It Be Magic’
‘Never Forget’
