Take That announce cinema 'gig'

Band will bring their tour to Vue theatres

Take That have announced details of a special ‘live’ cinema event.

They will broadcast footage from their gig at Manchester’s MEN Arena on December 22 live to 50 Vue cinemas across the country.

The footage will feature exclusive backstage action and "some very special surprises", according to a statement.

Band manager Mark De Quervain said: "The Beautiful World tour sold out in a matter of hours, leaving many fans disappointed, so the guys were delighted to be able to give them this opportunity to see the show. With the help of Vue's technology we hope to deliver the fans an unforgettable, live experience in their local theatres."
